“Belgrade Penthouse” is a luxury apartment on the roof of one of the 10 highest skyscrapers in Belgrade. The area of 90m2 has a panoramic view of the whole city. Apartment is located between most important sports, convention, hotel, cultural and entertainment destinations. The studio is located on main Boulevard street in strict city center. WCB studio is cozy, small apartment in Scandinavian style, fully refurbished and opened to accommodate your staying in Belgrade. Free Parking is possible in building backyard, but there is no reserved private parking space. Also we can't guarantee or reserve space for you because of fluctuation of cars in backyard. In case off full parking guest can park in or out off backyard and wait for parking space to be available.

This 80 square meters apartment has two bedrooms divided by large kitchen/dining/living area. The apartment is located in walking distance from major Belgrade touristic sites – National Assembly, Museum, and Theater, Knez Mihajlova street, Kalemegdan Fortress, Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter). The guests can find various food and drink options at nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Some of the top-rated dining places are in this area. There is a 24/7 grocery store down on the corner.

Apartment Sanja Indigo is located in a heart of Belgrade, but in a very quiet and peaceful street. It is only 250m from the Republic Square and the main pedestrian zone - Knez Mihailova street. Famous bohemian quarter - Skadarlija is only 5 minutes walking distance and Kalemegdan fortress is 15 minutes away. The apartment is 30m2 large, on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator and fits up to 2 people. It is very bright, tastefully arranged and everything in apartment is brand new.

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.
