Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Beautiful historic home in Newport

Finished in 1836, Elmhyrst is a historic home literally straddling the border of Newport and Middletown. The four bedroom, three bathroom property was renovated between '17 and '21 with an eye towards preserving and restoring the original architectural details including furniture and art. The property is 4,000 SF. Town and Country (1949) wrote: “Elmhyrst is a flawless example of the chaste Greek revival, rare in Newport, and considered one of the best houses of this style in the state.”

Wonderful location in the heart of Newport with parking on-site which is great as most things you and your guests will want to do is in walking distance. The apartment has 3 rooms; 2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd room has a twin bed, there is also a pull out couch, (surprisingly comfortable) that makes into a double bed. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience! We are local and always available during your stay.
