Newport: aluguel por temporada com home theater

Charlie's place in Middletown was a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Charlie was a great, responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Although my stay was brief, basically just over night, it was thoroughly enjoyable. I loved the history of the home and the area. The accommodations were as described and I felt very at home there. Although I did not get to meet Pam, I did get to meet and talk with Chris. Chris was very welcoming and I enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and the area from him. I definitely plan to return - hopefully for a longer stay.

Lisa was a fantastic host! The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the start line for the Newport Half Marathon/Marathon, making it the perfect location if you're running the race. :) I would definitely stay with her again if I return to Newport. Thank you!

This was a last minute booking and Karen was amazing!! She reached out to me right away and I was able to secure this place on one of the busiest weekends in Newport!! The place was the absolute perfect location, I did not have to move my car once. The space itself was very spacious and had a lot of light for a basement dwelling. Very cute. I’m so excited. I have found a new place to stay in Newport every time I come and visit. Thank you, Karen for being such a gracious host.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!
