Located in a family neighborhood with houses close together so very important that our guests are respectful, in terms of noise and disturbances . Absolutely no parties are allowed. As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. Newly renovated cozy 1 bedroom home located on the hills of Beachmont, walking distance from the MBTA train station and Revere Beach. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the Belle Isle Marsh Reservation and Boston Logan Airport in the distance. Take a walk along the beach or take the train into Boston. The location is a 5-10 minute ride to the Airport and a 15 minute train ride to downtown Boston. The unit has new furnishings (2021), modern appliances, and is beautifully decorated.

The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

Perfectly safe but not handicap accessible or convenient for anyone with impaired mobility or small children.
