Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

My Our newly renovated apartment is all you need for a perfect vacation. It is located in the heart of the island of Rab in a very quite and peaceful place called Mundanije, which is only 5 min driving distance from the wonderful old town of Rab. In another 10 to 15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. So it is ideal place for relaxing. The apartment is on the first floor, it has a large terrace.

Apartman Iliana smješten je u naselju Mundanije na otoku Rabu. Nalazi se na drugom katu obiteljske kuće sa zasebnim ulazom i terasom. Potpuno je opremljen za ugodan boravak 6 osoba. More i plaže udaljeni su samo 5 do 10 minuta vožnje automobilom ili oko 20 minuta biciklom. Rajska plaža u Loparu udaljena je 9,4km. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se dva restorana. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
