Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

An amazing stay for our big group of 21 travellers! The property was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up to accommodate large groups comfortably. There were plenty of common areas for everyone to relax and connect, and the sleeping arrangements worked out really well. Honestly, we think the place could easily host 25 or more people without feeling cramped. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for large families, reunions, or group getaways!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fitzroy. The space is stunning — spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, the kitchen and lounge areas were perfect for relaxing, and everything was spotless. The location is unbeatable, close to all the best of Fitzroy and with easy access to the city. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.

Christabel's house was very comfortable for our extended family (parents, two children and grandparents). It was very well equiped with everything we needed, inculding a grassy back yard and lots of toys for the children. The confortable beds, the sleepout, the deck and large table, the swing and basketball hoop, and the 3rd toilet were very much appreciated. The furntiture and fittings are warn, but all were comfortable and functional. We all enjoyed out stay very much.

We had the most wonderful family weekend here. Loads for the kids to do with the swimming pool, pool table and TV room. Great space for parents to relax too, by the pool and by the BBQ. Everybody had their own space but we were able to come together in the communal spaces for family meals.

My partner and I enjoyed our Easter weekend at this place. Very cozy and cute. Love the pink details. The house was equipped with everything we needed. I would love to stay again in the future!

Unreal host and stay. Right in Fitzroy. Jono was so helpful with the extra amenities we needed and flexible with checkout. When we arrived there was even a welcome gift basket.

Light and airy, compact, neat apartment on Level 1 of a very low-rise apartment block in the heart of Fitzroy. Great having more space than just a bedroom when staying several days, including a small plant-filled balcony. Big glass windows let in lots of light. Very close to all the vibrancy of inner-city living (so expect a few loud people walking down side streets and some Tram and traffic noise but that's the whole point of staying inner city right?) . Great access to retail shops of all kinds, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, groovy cafes (even welcoming green park spaces not far away). Art's place was a great base for walking everywhere but also Tram-rides just a short walk away. I highly recommend Art's place.

Simon's home is a perfect location to get around, especially a place to get a massage 1 block away! The amenities were nice as well.

A great stay indeed. The location was perfect, and very walkable. The home itself was self-sufficient with all amenities provided as listed. The bed has an amazing view of the city lights, and the apartment has a small balcony where you can soak in the sun. Even though it's so central, the apartment was surprisingly quiet with the doors closed. Groceries are available right across the street at Coles, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The building is clean, with secure entry which makes is very safe. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had an overall great time. The host also accommodated our request for an early check in. Always responsive and respectful as well.

Ich war in diesem Airbnb für eine längere Zeit. Man hatte alles, um die Wohnung zwischendurch mal sauber zu machen. Auch war der Gastgeber immer erreichbar und hat mir mit meinen Fragen weitergeholfen. Das beste war die gute Aussicht aus der Wohnung auf die Stadt und der öffentliche Bereich. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Innenstadt und nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, weshalb man ohne Probleme schnell irgendwohin kommt. Aber auch in der Nähe der Wohnung kann man gut essen gehen oder etwas trinken. Der Supermarkt war auch in Gehweite. Alles in allem hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.
