We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.

Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
