This place is amazing, beautiful views very quiet. Shelly has went above and beyond to be very hospitable. Went up for a weekend concert in Lexington and we loved the place so much it was hard to leave and do stuff. We would definitely stay at this beautiful place again without hesitation. Shelly was very helpful and responsive about everything.

We had an amazing stay at Brent’s place! The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the hot tub very much. The views from the balcony are great. The hiking was a blast with our dogs as well. I highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return for another stay.

Tonya's home was a perfect place for my family to stay while in Ky for a wedding. There was space for everyone and the home had everything we needed.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely amazing! The home was clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Amy was fantastic—super responsive and always helpful whenever we had questions. She replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was beautiful, and we had a great time enjoying the amazing dock. The back deck is incredible. We didn’t want to leave because it was such a tranquil oasis.

Really enjoyed our stay it’s so quiet and relaxing having the lake a few steps away it’s really nice. The house has a very welcoming feeling it’s great. Anytime we’re back in the area we will definitely plan to stay at Josie’s.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Beds were VERY comfortable and bedding super soft. The giant walk-in shower in the big bedroom was the bomb with the oversized shower head. We really liked the screened-in porch (with a tv!) The property was private and quiet. We are older folks who didn’t attempt the very steep stairs to the water, but the view was great from the deck. We enjoyed antique shopping in Danville and Harrodsburg. Cattleman’s, Drakes and the Red Rooster were all good restaurants. An over all great stay!
