The lodge

A newly renovated cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for dog and hill walking. The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a 5 minute walk to the nearest pub yet just 20 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks of you have a dog that needs a run around! Sports massage available next door on request !

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Close to local wedding venues

People come to the Hobbit House at Sychpwll to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, the abundance of local wildlife and the natural beauty on show. The marvellous rural location is a brilliant base for discovering the beautiful area. This unique structure is a cob building. Its walls are made from straw bales and clay from the onsite river.
