Okružen je velikom okućnicom sa puno zelenila, mediteranskih biljaka i visokih borova koje u vrijeme ljetnih vrućina pružaju ugodan hlad. Najistaknutiji dio ovog stana je velika terasa u dva nivoa( 20m2+20m2) koja je mjesto za boravak i uživanje u pogledu na more, zalaske sunca ,zelenilu i cvrkutu ptica s obližnjih stabala u svako doba dana.

Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Parking is in the yard.
