Makry Gialos: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Die Lage direkt am Strand könnte nicht besser sein, und die Dachterrasse war das Highlight meines Aufenthalts – ich habe dort jeden Tag verbracht. René und Nadine sind top Hosts , und Georgios vor Ort hat mich herzlich empfangen und eine großartige Einweisung gegeben. Die Tipps, die ich bekommen habe, haben meinen Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht – sie waren wirklich Gold wert. Das Penthouse ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage des Penthouses ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Meer und in fußläufiger Nähe zu charmanten Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sandstrände. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie entgegenkommend René und Nadine waren: Sie ermöglichten mir eine frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise, was meinen Aufenthalt noch entspannter machte. Absolutely incredible experience! Popi went above and beyond in every possible way. Her garden is beautiful, and she makes the most delicious food. Tertsa is such a special and peaceful place. The Lambros Taverna is a must for breakfast lunch and dinner. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Truly the best Airbnb experience we’ve had.

L'appartement est idealement situé au calme face aux salines. Bien équipé, vaiselle, lave linge récent, frigo, ecran plat... il est au milieu de deux autres appartement. Le premier étant loué par un résident extrêmement accueillant et serviable. Vasilis nous a proposé du pain maison, du miel familial, prêter son matériel de snorkeling et conseillé les bons plans du coin. Elsa est également extrêmement reactive, compréhensive, agréable et sympathique. Il est possible de se baigner sur une belle plage de gros galet à 5 minutes à pied ( paradisio beach) ou plus loin sur la presqu'île. Un gros coup de coeur pour kolokitah beach , une eau christaline, une plage ombrée accessible en voiture ou 30 minutes à pied. Nous sommes venus fin octobre, beaucoup de restaurants commençaient à fermer comme la taverne paradisio à proximité. La période est idéale avec enfant tout comme la petite cour fermée devant l'appartement. Il faut juste veiller aux quelques marches et cactus.

Sehr schönes kleines modernes Appartment an der Strandpromenade. War alles da was man braucht. viele Tavernen und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ausblick aufs Meer vom Balkon ist schön. Die Aircondition gut und leise auch zum schlafen. War ein toller Urlaub 😁danke

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. L'appartement très confortable, aménagé avec goût, bien équipé, silencieux. L'hôte très discrète et en même temps disponible. Place de stationnement privatif. C'était un plaisir rentrer à la maison à la fin de la journée. Logement parfait pour notre vacance parfaite en Grèce en octobre.

Had a great stay at Eva's place. Easy to find and her cousin Popi was waiting for us with the keys. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The patio was perfect for breakfast.Easy to get to from Heraklion/ Lerapetra, buses on time and just 14€ one way. Lots of good restaurants at a stone's throw.

A simply perfect place to stay for ferry travel as it is super close to the ferry port. I took a taxi from the ferry port and then realized that I could have easily walked and saved the 20 euros for the taxi ride! In fact, everything is within easy walking distance, and the price is also perfect!

Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Katerina. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls toll. Das Meer, schöne Strände, Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit Katerina lief auch sehr gut und sie hat sich auch proaktiv erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Von uns aus also definitiv eine Empfehlung!

De 2e keer dat we bij Christina verbleven. We voelden ons weer erg welkom en thuis. Ons eigen huisje net buiten het centrum, nabij strand: goed beloopbaar of met citybus.

Casa con il mare (ancora caldo a fine ottobre) a pochi passi, come si vede dalla foto, pulita, come nuova. Host amichevole e proattiva, che ha contribuito ad un soggiorno molto gradevole. Punti deboli? Non ne ho trovati.

Comfortable, traditional 2 bedroom Greek villa in a quiet neighborhood but only a 10 minute stroll downhill to Mochlos and its Tavernas, Bars and Shops. Parking is on a steep hill or 24 hour free parking is available in the village. A perfect base to explore Eastern Crete. Our host was super responsive and nothing was too much trouble.

Staying in Agios Nikolaos is usually more costly per night than most other places in Crete so we were really delighted that Dimitris's accommodation gave us all the things we were looking for whilst being within our budget. Dimitris was very welcoming with some useful extras & treats that helped get our stay underway. He showed us around the property and provided some great info on locations and tavernas worth visiting during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & the shower very modern, both things were important to us. The air conditioning was efficient & the garden & shared beach area [with the adjacent villa] was lovely. The bedroom & bathroom were slightly smaller than other places we've stayed on Crete, and if walking into the centre for an evening, the walk back when dark would be maybe a bit much [return taxi a better idea] though none of these detracted from our enjoyment. Overall we were very happy & would certainly recommend Dimitris's villa.

Wir haben eine gemütliche Unterkunft vorgefunden, die alles nötige und vieles darüber hinaus für den Urlaub bereit stellte. Neben frischem saisonalen Obst begrüßte uns ein Korb mit lokalen Spaziläteten wie Pasteli, Marmelade und Honig. Außerordentlich begeisterte uns die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

Die Penthousewohnung für 2 Personen ist 30 min zu Fuss vom Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Zu dem Apartement gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Das Highlight ist die riesige private Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblich auf den Golf von Mirabello. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. alle Räume verfügen über eine Zentralheizung was in der Nebensaison hilfreich sein kann. Aber auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sichert im Sommer Entspannung vor der Hitze. Wer keine Treppen mag, muss vor der Penthousewohnung nicht zurückschrecken, da durch den Lift alles barrierefrei und sehr bequem ist. Die Unterkuft bietet volle Privatsphäre, da sie exklusiv in der obersten Etage gelegen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marianthi ist super nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen. Ich kann dieses Aibnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Falls wir nochmal Urlaub in Ostkreta machen, werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartement zu bekommen.

Appartement nickel ds un quartier calme à l écart de la ville. Le propriétaire est très cordial et très discret. Tout l équipement est lay pour un très bon séjour avec des petites attentions en plus. super rapport qualité prix!

We loved our stay at this family friendly & clean place. Walking distance to beaches and nice restaurants, it gave us everything we needed including a crib for our one year old. The owners were extremely lovely and accomodating - available anytime needed. We’d recommend this place and definitely return! Leaving feeling very relaxed.

Giannis place was a perfect stay for our family. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving fresh fruit and cold drinks for our arrival and recommending restaurants and exclusions. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. The place is a short 15min walk from the centre but it suited us as there was free parking on street. I would definitely recommend this place!

Alles war sehr gut. Sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung (nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig), gut ausgerüstet (inkl. Waschmachine), Küche sehr gut, mit Gewürzen und Kühlschrank war für uns mit Frühstückssachen gefüllt. Viele kleine gastfreundliche Details. Tolle Lage und schöne Aussicht. Nette Gastgeber und Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft von Gogo und Lefteris ist ein kleines Juwel und die Lage war für uns absolut paradiesisch. Da wir im Oktober dort waren, war es insgesamt sehr schön ruhig, die Tavernen und Strände ringsum noch belebt, aber nie voll. In der kleinen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sollte noch etwas fehlen, wird man es garantiert von den Gastgebern bekommen. Der Blick aus den Fenstern aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön! Wer gerne selber kocht, muss sich auf eine- sehr gut funktionierende- einzelne Induktionskochplatte und einen Mini- Kühlschrank einstellen, in dem man nicht viel bevorraten kann. Für uns hat es aber sehr gut funktioniert. Gogo und Lefteris sind sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Menschen, die alles dafür tun, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.
