Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
