Perfect for my needs. Seven adults, one toddler fit comfortably in this lovely home. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen was fully equipped, and neighbors were great! Thank you for sharing your home, Tim!

Good location for price. Stayed there with two other couples for a wedding. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful!

Cindy's place was just what we needed. It was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and Cindy was very accommodating, friendly and it felt like a home away from home.

My family really enjoyed staying here for Christmas! We have family nearby so the location worked well for us- it’s also a plus to be walking distance to Main St shops and restaurants (our favorites, Vic’s and Darcy’s)!We travel with our dogs and this house was really comfortable for them which makes us happy and feel at home as well. Big backyard and nice neighborhood for walking. Most airbnbs we’ve stayed in lack seating but Tiffany’s large sectional with dining table for 6 in an open concept downstairs was a great perk. Tiffany made check in and check out extremely easy and made us feel relaxed about being away from home. Would love to stay again for our next trip to the shore!

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

Can't say enough good things about Allison's spot. It was one of the best-stocked Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It was so nice to have bikes in the shed, a big outdoor space for the dogs, and all the kitchen utensils you'd need for yummy dinners at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and quaint and so close to everything you'd need + that it was only a 5-minute drive down to the boardwalk. We were generally sad to leave at the end of our stay, and look forward to coming back for another visit very soon! Thanks again Allison!

The house was just what we needed when we were in the area for a wedding. I really appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Brooke's place was a great option for me and several friends. The unit was very well appointed and had everything that you could need for a long week at the beach. 3 bathrooms were definitely helpful as well as the long driveway which accommodated 5 vehicles. Parking in Asbury can be tricky so this was clutch. The walks to the beach and to downtown were definitely doable but not exactly close, especially when carrying beach stuff. Note that there is only one TV in the house, if that's important to you. One afternoon/evening, there was a musician playing on a nearby porch and it was very nice to sit on the porch of our unit & listen. Interacting with Brooke was very pleasant, she was very responsive about the unit itself and gave helpful suggestions about the area. There were a few minor issues with the house that Brooke resolved very quickly.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

We both really enjoyed staying here! Allie was an excellent host , communicated w us and was accompanying. Very clean! Comfortable and homey space. Liked how the bedroom is upstairs and separate from the living room/kitchen. My girlfriend and I attended a concert at the stony pony. Place is in an excellent location, blocks from downtown Asbury and the beach. Went to Brandos for dinner, loved the restaurant and walked there, only a few blocks. Place was exactly as described. Very clean and perfect space for us. Kitchen was fully stocked w everything you could ever need. I was able to find parking spaces directly outside. We would definitely return!

Our stay was wonderful! Very private and a perfect little space to relax! The outside patio area and fire pit is super cute and I wish our stay was longer in order to have more time to enjoy the property! Will definitely come back again! The host was also amazing, fast responses, clear instructions, and super accommodating! Ten out of ten!

Nicholas was an excellent host. Responded quick to my messages. Great location, right next to the beach, broad walk, and local restaurants. The only downside was the parking but Nicholas was pretty clear and concise about the parking around the area. Overall, me and my family enjoyed the house.

We rented William’s home for about a week, as we were packing our home and needed a comfortable place to stay with our toddler prior to our move. William’s home was cozy, peaceful, and child-friendly. My toddler loved being on the lake and waking up to his “quack quacks”, typically referred to as ducks. William’s home was a great temporary home for my family, and we plan to book again when visiting family in the area.

We went for our honeymoon, wanted somewhere secluded, fun, beautiful and it definitely was all those things! We had such a blast! We laughed so hard playing darts, basketball, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and foozeball. We had a fire, soaked in the hot tub, sipped coffee on the deck in the morning and wine at night, staring at the trees and listening to the birds. The inside was cozy, charming and comfy. Plenty of stuff nearby to do, Sweetwater Grille provided a savory, memorable dinner and Batsto village had so many trails and the historic village there was so interesting to walk through! So grateful we chose this place!

Was looking for a peaceful getaway and my God that I find it I was lucky enough to meet the property owners during my stay and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The neighborhood itself was all friendly and the view and surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful I did not want to leave and cannot wait to return. Brand new gym with a perfect view of the lake, beautiful little sandy shore. Truly peaceful, and relaxing place to be. Dog friendly (all dogs were all on leashes so that’s a huge win) Porch had a gate so the dog could hangout. Wildlife all around. Truly a steal.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

The peaceful, secluded setting offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing us to fully unwind and reconnect. Each day brought moments of quiet reflection, laughter, and simple joy—whether it was sipping coffee on the deck at sunrise, watching the water ripple in the afternoon light, or enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. The home itself was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating such a special retreat. Everything about our time there exceeded expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit and get-away.

Amazing. The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay with our pet and highly recommend.

We had a great time! Everything was clean. There was so much to do for the kids and family as a whole. Quick drive to beaches. We brought cleaning supplies to help keep up through the week, all purpose cleaner, paper towels, broom etc. would recommend doing your grocery shopping prior to coming, the acme was super over priced but 5 mins down the road if you forgot anything (obviously no fault to DTS). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the best week and will definitely be back!
