Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean, great large sidewalks for walking and running. The house was clean and ready for us upon a very late arrival, so we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Conveniently located close to everything one could need or want too. We will definitely book here again next time were in town. Thank you for sharing your home with us Pin.

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

This place is perfect for staying near downtown with list of great restaurants and venues. Eugene is a superb host he was super responsive and friendly he even accommodated and early check in for my friends and I thank you Eugene! Definitely will be looking to stay here again!

My grandma and I had a very great experience. The house is beautiful inside and out and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We felt right at home, it was so cozy. Tons to do near by, Shopping, dining and also a park nearby. I was sad to leave wanted to extend the stay. The host was great at responding and very nice. I would definitely recommend this home. I will be back in the future.

Second time I have stayed here. Off-street parking spot is nice. Clean house and nice kitchen with a few farm fresh eggs from their chickens.

The house is a wonderful house. All of the rooms are spacious. The kitchen and the bathrooms are nice. The pool in the backyard is well kept and clean.

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed in this apartment for approximately 41 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience! The place was extremely clean and well-organized, with all the amenities listed available and in perfect condition. The hosts were amazing—always helpful and quick to respond to our messages. They also provided initial supplies, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made a big difference, especially after a long trip. The location is excellent, just one street away from UC Davis and very close to downtown, which made our routine much easier. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Needed a place for my brother to stay while he helped me move to town. Karl was always very responsive to questions and was flexible with a last minute change request. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a 15 hour road trip!

This place was absolute amazing! We rented it for my daughter sweet 16 with a few of her friends. They paddle boarded and swam. Had the best time ever. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! My friends and I came into town for a conference and a picnic, and this Airbnb was the ideal home base for the weekend. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and very spacious — we had a group of 8 and everyone was extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a big group looking to relax and enjoy time together. Would definitely stay here again!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. This is our 2nd time at this Airbnb. We took my husband’s family here for our very first family vacation and they had a blast. House is very spacious and has lots of space to sleep. We utilized the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Everyone had a good time! We were able to bring our to doggos with us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The hosts are always quick and very responsive.
