We had such a great stay. Few can say they have a direct view of Edinburgh Castle from their kitchen and bedroom! The apartment was clean, functional and so well kept. Lynne was a fantastic host and on hand to take any questions. The location is amazing, a few minutes from all the attractions. As a holiday cottage owner myself, I was so pleased to see that all the safety standards and regulations were met. Lynne is a credit to the industry.

Location, location , location! This stay in really in the perfect spot as it was quite but walkable to the busy fun places. It was walkable to many of the great places worth visiting around Edinburgh. The local neighbourhood has plenty of great restaurants, shops and coffee shops. We were travelling with our two year old and parents so the place was also spacious and comfortable for everyone to come back to visit, rest and take naps. The bedrooms were large, quiet and had super comfortable beds. I have been to Scotland many times and this was my favourite stay and location!

This apartment is gorgeous. Everything about it.... obviously it's location looking straight out onto the sea. near to the ferry over to Cumbrae. Very quiet street outside.... in fact, although the town was busy in the sunshine, it also retained its quiet family atmosphere. In the apartment everything was as described - a helpful welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and chocolate biscuits! Spotlessly clean, everything worked, good WiFi, and a responsive host to find out one or two little questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to come back.

We loved our stay in this very comfy, clean flat. It had everything we needed. Kenny and partner were great hosts and showed us around, gave us instructions on how things worked and also gave us some very excellent recommendations for places to go, places to eat etc which was very much appreciated. The flat is in a good area, a short walk from the centre. The furnishings are excellent, very quirky and made the flat feel warm, cosy and very relaxing. We looked forward to coming back to flat after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen is compact but again had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of drawers, hanging spaces and the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. We loved the hidden bookcase. We were sad to leave our little holiday flat and would highly recommend it to anyone. we would definitely book again when we return to Glasgow.

Where is a 6th star when you need it? This place was perfect for our needs. My wife and I were travelling with her elderly parents. This apartment is perfect for two couples. The bedroom's were spacious, the lounge and dining room were well appointed and the kitchen extremely functional. But it was the finishing touches that really made this place stand out. The TV had a high quality sound bar to make it sound great, the bathrooms had heated and light up mirrors, the windows in the bedrooms had remote control blinds, the grout and sealant was practically new. I felt like one of the first to stay in this spotless and well maintained property. Bearing in mind one of our party has mobility issues, the location was exceptional. It was near everything. The only complaint I had was that there was no corkscrew, which I easily remedied by visiting the Tesco around the corner. I've left it behind for future patrons (you're welcome). You would not regret hiring this simply stunning place.

Located in a central location, this home is beyond words. It is ultra spacious, beautifully furnished and has everything you would want. Highly recommend.

Our group of 3 adults had a brilliant short stay at Katie's place. The apartment was easy to access, with full instructions and helpful photos provided ahead of check in. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for the three of us to relax. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and despite the city centre location, there wasn't too much noise at all. I had read some reviews suggesting that might not be the case but think that those guests had unreasonable expectations of a city centre apartment! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Merchant City with so many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as the brilliant Fruit Market music venue on the next steet which has a sensible curfew given the residential location. Good value for money, very well looked after and well equipped apartment in a beautiful, characterful building in a brilliant location. We would definitely return!

SO close to the castle, so easy to walk to the Royal Mile. Spacious and comfortable living room to rest after long days of exploring. Comfortable beds and hot showers.

My mother and I enjoyed this comfortable location. We cooked our meals, did grocery shopping close by and the kitchen had everything we needed. Locating and check-in was very easy. Plenty of space and clean. A lot of things to do around Edinburgh. We loved the historic locations, visited the puffins, did a mini island trip and soaked in the views.

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Really nice apartment equipped with everything you might require and really nice. The location is a bit outside the centre but at a good walking distance and in a calm neighborhood.

The stay was beautiful and very well equipped. the kitchen was stocked with a lot of amenities which was very helpful to us. Margaret was so kind and very communicative. The stay was very conviniently located and very close to a bus stop with frequent buses into town. There was a file with all the necessary information we needed along with the menus of nearby restaurants, which was a life saviour. Would 10/10 recommend. Hopefully we can stay there in the future as well.

Absolutely perfect stay in Jing’s beautiful and huge appartment! The place looked exactly like shown in the photos, much bigger in reality! It was perfect distance to everything, close to the city, many restaurants around, and also 2 supermarkets near by. Jing is a great host, easy to get in touch with and was very clear with the instructions we needed. We were super happy with our stay and once we plan a new trip to Edinburgh we will for sure be back here!

Overall, this was a great apartment in a great location as it was easy for our golf and a short cab ride to get into Edinburgh and Leith.

Clair's house was very cozy and spacious. Very nice kitchen/dining space where we spent most of our time, but also a very pleasant living room upstairs. Beds were very confortable and it's a quiet location. Clair was really friendly, helpful and responsive. Very useful to have Clair's store next door too. Whiting bay is a great location. There's quite a few nice walks to be done around it, and it's really not far to drive to Brodick. Our 3 days there went far too quickly! Thanks!

When we arrived, Aimee came ouside to greet us, lovely lady, very friendly! Place looked exactly like the pictures, hot tub was spacious with different settings and temperature control. Also got to see the chickens in the backyard, and Aimee had picked out a few eggs and left them in a basket for us! Lovely place and amazing apartment, we felt right at home! Absolutely worth the stay!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Gillian and Guy's place. We called when we got to the village and were given instructions on how to locate the property. Guy was already waiting for us and gave us a quick tour with all the information we needed. There was fresh flowers, easter eggs, prosecco, and a wee whiskey for us to enjoy. Decorated beautifully and well kitted out. The hottub is on all the time so we were able to get right on in and relax. The sofa was super comfy and the TV is huge, perfect for movie night. Will definitely be back

It was an absolutely wonderful place. It felt right at home. Jo was an amazing host. She was so helpful. She not only provided everything possible but also encouraged to make ourselves home. Had a relaxing time in the hot tub as well plus slept well in our cosy beds. Thankyou so much jo
