Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and convenient location.

This charming cottage is located in beautiful Rye, NH steps to the beach. The home consists of two queen bedrooms, a spacious TV room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry. An extensive renovation was completed in June 2025. The project went down to the studs and completely rebuilt the space to modern specifications. New appliances, furniture, mattresses, and more. sleeps 4Close to attractions. 5 minute walk to the beach. If you walk to the right to the ocean there is a public restroom to use. also, restaurants and casino ball room is just 3 miles away. If you walk to the left to the ocean there is an amazing beach and a little less people where the kids can find crabs, play in the sand or just swim. There is not any restrooms on this side. Another Great place to visit that is a 15 min drive is down town Portsmouth, nh. lots to do there.
