Litochoro: aluguel por temporada de casas

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

Everything was fine. We spent a week there and had a wonderful time. A lot of thanks to Mr. Pantelis who helped us with everything we asked. Hope to visit you again!

This place is exactly as you see it in the pictures. We loved the peace and quite the location offers and the view is amazing. Maria also was very accommodating and flexible. Very nice beaches close by with the car.

Great house & a unique AirBnB experience - hosts were very welcoming & nice - the house itself is sort of a farm, it is located in a very peaceful & quiet countryside area surrounded by a huge garden with grass, trees, hammocks, deck chairs & a pool, there were even a nice dog & some chicken around. Our kids really loved the place & so did we. Please note that the shower was slippery when used so watch yourself & the kids when showering. All in all a great experience & a very memorable & fun place. Thank you Maria & husband !

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment, which impressed us with its exceptional surroundings and well-kept yard. The apartment itself is large, spacious, and clean, which contributed to the positive energy we felt upon arrival. Like in any house, there are small things that could be fixed, but none of them were bothersome. I recommend having a car, as there are so many natural beauties and attractions within a 10 km radius that you simply have to see. The yard is absolutely amazing and offers the perfect place to relax. Bicycles are also available, which is a great bonus for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the owners’ advice about closing the doors, and after a few days, we realized that thanks to this, we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes or other little creatures in the apartment. Overall, it was a really beautiful vacation, and we recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you Fyllia

This house is located in a small village. In walking distance of 2 supermarket, a cafe with wonderful souflaki. Neighbors are very friendly and good-natured. The hostess of the house surprised by incredible hospitality. The house was very clean. I lived in this house for almost a month. Our children went to play a playground, which is 5 minutes walk from the house. Maria has always been with us in contact and answered all the questions you are interested in. If you choose this house, you will not regret. Nearby are many attractions that you should see and visit personally. These are Mount Olympus, the city and the Dion Museum, two waterfall 10 and 15 minutes, also 15 minutes to the beach by car and much more.

A great place to relax. The house is fully consistent with the description. Everything was provided as agreed. The nearest village below is 15-20 minutes away, but take your time - enjoy the mountains around. Thanks to George, who provided a lot of information for a comfortable stay in this place.

Very nice apartment far from other buildings.

perfect family holiday ever. we were staying at Frank's for 2 weeks, and it was just perfect. Frank was very kind and helping, the house was sparkling clean with fantastic sea view. Highly recommended.

The house was really spatious and beautiful, better than what we have expected. There were 5 bedrooms, and 2 common spaces, I think the space is enough for even more than 8 persons. There are two large terraces and a lot of tables to stay together. The hosts were kind and helpful. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, you can reach it in 5 minutes by foot. The only negative thing was that there were no shops, restaurants or bars in a walkable distance.

We had a wondeful time, the home was clean and cosy, Dimos was very nice and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful for hiking around mount Olympus, we had good food in the taverns in Kyria. I would 100% recommend, we wish we stayed more !

Katerina was a nice host. The place is a little higher on the street that maps app suggests, but she gave us instructions and we found it. The house was big and clean, the neighborhood quiet. :)

Pantelis and his mother not only welcomed us to their house but also to their family. They are really nice and helpful persons. The house is very close to the sea, 2 min walk to the beach. You can even hear the waves when the sea is agitated. The village is quiet, the beach is not crowded, their is a nice bar with chairs and umbrellas, you just have to buy something to drink in order to use them. The water is warm and clean. Supermarkets are 5-10min on foot. We only went to eat to two tavernas, the food was good, but only a few kinds of food and we preferred going to Nei Pori (9 km away) to eat every day. There were a lot of mosquitos in the evening, probably because of the rain before our arrival.

We thank our host very much. He was very available. They were also very kind to make sure we had some food for breakfast. Very kind, very cooperative. We suggest you stay here! Thank you so much Alla prossima!

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι και πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα η Χρυσάνθη! Ήταν πολύ ευέλικτη στο check in/out που μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο παρόλο που ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες 3 παιδιά και ένα σκυλί.Μεγαλος και καθαρός κήπος για τα παιδιά και το σκυλί.Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για αποδράσεις ορεινές ή παραθαλάσσιες.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Xαρίκλεια was a fantastic host, very communicative, and helped us with everything we needed. She even picked us up from the bus when we arrived and showed us where the shops and restaurants were. The accommodation was freshly renovated and had everything we needed. Additionally, it was perfectly located in the center of Epanomi, which was great for us as we were attending a conference nearby. Highly recommend!

Καταπληκτικο σπιτι σχεδοβ στο κεντρο του χωριου! Πεντακαθαρο, το προτεινω για παρεες που θελουν να νοικιασουν ολοκληρο χωρο.

Un loc perfect, intre mare si munte🥰 Am descoperit un loc si niste oameni minunati. Giannis e plin de energie si veselie, intotdeauna foarte atent la nevoile si intrebarile noastre. Locuinta a fost perfecta pentru 2 cupluri, cu toate dotarile necesare, cu o terasa de unde se vedea spectacolul marii. Trecand prin gradina frumoasa din fata casei, ajungi in doua minute la mare. Daca intorci privirea in spate te va coplesi splendoarea Olimpului, cu varfurile sale inca acoperite de zapada. Un loc foarte bun pentru excursii. Am ales locatia cu intentia de a revizita Meteora dar si pentru a ne bucura de mare. Am descoperit Litochorro, un mic orasel de munte cochet si care ne-a impresionat prin frumusete. De aici am avut ocazia urcam pe munte, la Prioria si sa vizitam canionul Epineas Gorge, o splendoare. Deja mi-e dor de experienta frumoasa si de locurile minunate vizitate. Recomand cu incredere sa incercati si voi.

Location, Location, Location! Central and close to/at the beach , but quiet. Own Parking for up to 3 cars is a huge plus (especially in July/August). Alexandros is a very pleseant guy and great host.
