Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

The Gatehouse at Appleby Magna

A 3 bed, quality, dog friendly, modern & renovated bungalow situated in a lovely village. Hosting a master bedroom with a king bed & en-suite, a double bedroom, 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. There's an open plan kitchen & living space, access to a gravelled garden. Also off road parking for 3 cars. A short drive off the A42, the village enjoys two pubs within a short walk and lovely countryside. There's a host of attraction within a short drive. Receives consistent positive feedback

Newly furnished character cottage situated in the small hamlet of Woodhouses, just a few minutes drive from the historic cathedral city of Lichfield. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area with large corner sofa, smart TV, wifi and dining table. Separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Sofa converts to double bed for 1 adult or 2 children and extra mattress or a travel cot available to accommodate an additional child. Private parking for 1 vehicle.

Completely immerse yourself in nature on a working arable farm. Our beautiful luxurious shepherds hut is located in pasture land under an ancient oak tree. It is secluded and your views are unspoilt by neighbours. The hut is located just outside the lovely cathedral city of Lichfield, fantastic for history but also eating and drinking. Our large shepherds hut has mains water and electricity, a king size bed and log burner. You can be at one with nature but in comfort and style .

The Kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an ice box. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer.
