We chose this apartment based on its proximity to the start of the Manchester marathon - it was great to be able to avoid the trams that morning. Having said that, at other times, having a tram stop so close meant that it was very easy to get to the city centre. Media City, with plenty of restaurants, cinema, theatre is also easily walkable. Communication with Daryl was great - he was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. We thought there was an issue with the hot water while we were there but we had a quick response to our message about this, quickly explaining the issue. I was slightly worried that the process for collecting the key seemed a bit complicated but actually Daryl’s instructions and photos meant that it was straightforward. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was great to have two en-suite bedrooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay here

We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

A fantastic modern apartment just off Deansgate so an ideal spot if you like shopping and sampling amazing restaurants and bars. The apartment was beautiful with the added bonus of a little rooftop garden. Kitchen was fantastic and both bedrooms were luxurious with en-suite bathrooms. I will stay here when I’m next visiting but in the meantime I would highly recommend.

The accommodation was lovely. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Lovely fixtures and fittings, comfy bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a short walk into town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas's stylish apartment. It was spotlessly clean, in excellent decorative order and was perfectly located for an easy stroll into Harrogate. The rear outside space was appreciated too as was the ample parking space to the front. House facilities were really excellent with a good selection of teas and Nespresso coffee pods awaiting our arrival along with other kitchen essentials. The kitchen itself was very modern and well equipped (an ice maker and a few more wine glasses would be a good addition). Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower easy to operate. This apartment really is a superb accommodation for anyone wanting easy access to central Harrogate and all it offers. The Valley Gardens are situated very nearby and are well worth a visit. Local restaurants and bars are again easily found a short distance away as are the excellent Betty's Tea Rooms. Thomas should be deservedly extremely proud of this wonderful apartment. Thank you!

Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Great place! House was very nice and spacious.

It’s a wonderful experience staying here. It has best towels I have ever experienced, comparable to the top quality hotels. The e bedrooms suits us very well. We also spend a lot of time in the kitchen and dining area, eating and working. I also give high remarks on the interior finishes style. And many others, including some tasty biscuits prepared for us.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

We had a lovely stay, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The apartment was perfect and it’s ideal for parents with Uni age children staying in Headingley. James Baillie Park is walking distance.
