The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

The carriage house is such a gorgeous and spacious guest home, nestled in a lovely, secure estate. It boasts high ceilings and an open great room that combines the kitchen and living areas. This gated property is all about maximizing the stunning views, while still ensuring complete privacy amidst the enchanting oak trees.

The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

I have done my best to sound proof the space, however sometimes you will hear us upstairs.
