There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Charming cabin in the Adirondack Mtns., across the street from AuSable River w/ spectacular views of Whiteface Mountain. A short drive to famed Lake Placid, stroll through Lake Placid for an array of activities & events, or get outside & hike, fish, canoe, kayak, cross country ski, skate, snowshoe, downhill ski at Whiteface, mountain bike, etc. Guests have direct access to the river, Lake Eaton, 10 miles of hiking/ski trails, playground, & volleyball, basketball, & tennis/pickleball courts.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

NO ADDITIONAL FEES! Wake up to the sounds and sights of a relaxing Adirondack stream, next to the Barton Brook in charming, little Elizabethtown, NY. The building is in our backyard and the inside is roughly 7x7 with one single twin sized bed, dresser with three drawers, a dorm sized fridge, coffee maker, outlets, a light inside and on the open porch. We have a screened hammock next to the cabin. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book sitting in the Amish rocker by the outdoor fireplace.

Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
