It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.
