I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are traditional restaurants, mini-markets, bars and 2 beaches.
