Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

Villa "Casa Mediterana" is located in a very quiet place (800meters from the beach) where you can find peace and relaxation, drink coffee on the terrace and enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunset. An outdoor pool with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large terrace, a fenced yard adorned with old olive trees for pets, and a playroom for children.

20 min. to city, 10 min. to beach (by foot)

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
