Great place to have a staycation with family. Walkable to Watsons, restaurants. Quiet and peaceful surrounding as it's near to royal residence.

Overall pleasant stay and good choice for a peaceful area to rest up at ! Would recommend for people who prefer quiet surroundings . Just noticed that there's quite a lot of bugs in particular, perhaps since the area is close to nature, maybe bring alot bug spray for those who choose to stay here . Not too big of an issue , the house is very clean and tidy .

Nice place. Calm and quiet with ample parking space. The only downside is that there's no card access for the gate—you have to scan at the guard post every time you enter. Maybe host will make it better. Other than that, everything was great.

Pei Yuan's place has truly become a home away from home for my family. The house is modestly sized but it does not feel cramped even when fully occupied. We have a wheelchair user and nearly all areas are accessible, which is a big plus. Plenty of essential amenities within walking distance: very well stocked mini marts, 24 hour clinic, various food options. Pei Yuan and her co-hosts are always responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

CpHomestay is a very comfy homestay. The house is very clean , big car patio to park your car. I love the 2 bathroom with shower and it’s good if u have a big group staying so u don’t need to fight for the bathroom. Big laundry area with a washing machine. The air cons are very powerful sufficient to cool the room on a hot weather and the bed is comfy and I had a very good rest there. Mr Tan the host is very proactive and responsive with messages and also friendly. He also gave a few local recommendations and I tried the restaurant he recommended and indeed it was good. I would recommend any potential guests to decide on this homestay as I felt right at home though u r away from home.!

The property interiors were what have been shown in the photos. Nora's attention-to-details at this property was so great and commended. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked up.
