Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Master bedroom with king - size bed and flatscreen tv and separate bedroom with bunk beds. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Reizender Pavillon mit Doppelbett (Bettsofa) und Badezimmer. Zum Heizen des Häuschens feuern Sie das Heizcheminée ein, gemütliche Wärme ist Ihnen sicher! Im Sommer steht zusätzlich ein Massenlager im Stall zur Verfügung, z.B. für Familien. Es steht eine Küche bereit, ca. 20m vom Häuschen entfernt. Auf Wunsch stellen wir gegen einen Aufpreis von Fr. 13.- pro Person ein Frühstück bereit, das im voraus zu bezahlen ist da wir leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben .

Baita dell'Est e' ubicata a Possabella, frazione di Mese a soli 5 km dalla bellissima Chiavenna,alle porte della Valle Spluga e Val Bregaglia a soli 50km da St Moritz e 40 dal Lago di Como. Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

The cosy apartment with two bedrooms is very centrally located (150m to the train station and the gondola, 200m to the Coop) and offers a beautiful view of the Gotschnagrat. The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. In Frühling und Herbst kann man wunderbar in die naheliegenden Berge wandern gehen.
