The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. Comfortable studio apartment in the attic for 2 persons in Baška, located in a sunny and quiet area of Zarok, only 60 m away from the well know pebble beach and near a pine forest. The apartment is 37 m2, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom (with a double bed) connected to a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a 16 m2 terrace overlooking the town and the sea. Internet, SAT TV , and air-conditioning are provided.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.
