We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Exceptional Stay – A True Gem! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host was beyond welcoming—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from all the best attractions, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the gourmet kitchen and open floor plan. It was perfect for our large family. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

The house was even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The living area is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable for our family's needs. The outdoor area was very enjoyable as well. It is evident that Heather has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming vacation home.

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

The house was great! Clean, beautiful and functional kitchen. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Tracy was great! We will definitely stay again.

Third time back, same clean home in a great location!

We had a great stay at Rhonda’s house. She’s an excellent communicator and instructions were very clear. We had a small issue and she responded right away she walked us through how to correct it. As for house it was very clean and updated. Plenty of space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable (attested to by my 9 year old son). The location was great as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops and stores.About a 20 -25 minute to the boardwalk. We did drive to the beach and my husband rode his bike but you could walk the 20-25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

We wanted to make memories with our family as my mother in law is 96 and each moment counts. Thank you for giving us the space to celebrate our family memories.

Daniel was very accommodating and his place was very clean with great cooking and kitchen supplies. It was within easy driving distance to all of the sites we wanted to visit in the Cape May area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Great stay for our family! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, we were walkable to a lot of dining options (and the beach, but we were there during a cold snap). We’d highly recommend it!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Robert was a great host super friendly and a great house. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house and location to anyone. Can’t wait to come back.

Stephanie’s house was even more beautiful than pictured! The location was ideal, only 1 block to the beach and a short walk or very short drive into town for great food and mingling! Stephanie responded immediately to all questions we had and was wake and helpful! The house was tremendous with tons of open space, room for storage and an awesome stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining guests! The small but functional backyard was great to enjoy some fresh beach air and relax while grilling and having a cocktail. Access the the driveway made coming and going super convenient. My family of 3 and our visitors had a wonderful week and will definitely return in the future!
