The open-plan living room, dining room, & kitchen have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine to lighten the load.

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

The Mill House & Grounds for Groups or Events

Set among woodland, glen and garden, the Mill House is an ideal location for groups of up to 10 or, if using the additional space in the adjacent Stables cottage, 14 guests. The ground floor features a spacious 5x11m drawing room, a conservatory, and a kitchen/dining room. Each of the five bedrooms enjoys an ensuite bathroom. Outdoors, guests can relax on a sandstone terrace, sit around a firepit, play on an acre of lawn or stroll along a scenic glen to a private rock pool.

Manx seaside holiday cottage

Roy Cottage is a traditional Manx cottage, situated on the sea front, in the scenic conservation area of the ancient capital, Castletown. An ideal base to explore the Isle of Man. Roy Cottage is a self-catering cottage, fitted out to a very high standard. The centre of town is a 5 minute walk where you will find many historical sites, shops, restaurants and pubs. Roy Cottage has three floors, one double (king size bed), bedroom, bathroom (shower), lounge, large kitchen.

Mallmore has great views over the beautiful, sandy beach of Port St Mary which is a quiet & picturesque village in the south of the Island (25 mins drive from Douglas). Mallmore is great for individuals, couples and small groups. Porch Cottage is situated directly on Peel promenade adjacent to the beach with sea views. This beautiful newly refurbished cottage offers 3 bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 people. It has outdoor space to dine and relax and the master bedroom is en-suite. The centre of Peel is a short walk and you will have pubs and restaurant’s on your door step. You will also have views of Peel Castle and beaches where you can watch the sun set and relax!

This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The amazing sea views are ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries/fishing boats and the occasional cruise ship arrive in port. All rooms are modern/bright and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families (see 2 bed option). Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.
