This stay was FANTASTIC because of Megin AND the home. The decorators touch in this house makes you believe you are in a resort. The entire house is beautiful, with large comfy leather couches in the great room. There were seating areas on all three porches (I used the screened in porch each morning for my coffee time.) There was wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. The kitchen was stocked with EVERY APPLIANCE AND BAKING/COOKING item that I desired. Never have I had a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many small touches added that we didn’t feel like we were in a rental! The house is very large and it was VERY clean. It was lovely. The golf cart looks and runs like new and the community dock is super close. The hot tub was hot as well as clean. Megin answered my every question extremely quickly. The expense of this trip was worth every penny. I would/will request this house again! I would buy it if I could. I would give this Airbnb 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Megin

Stayed here for two weeks with my family and we loved it. Would definitely stay here if we return. The location was ideal, close to everything but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, and Randall was quick to respond to any questions.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

We spent 5 weeks in Amanda’s house. It was more than comfortable. The bed was so comfy. Our dogs totally enjoyed the fenced in backyard! I had packed a ton of cooking supplies…..thinking the house would not be sufficiently stocked for someone who loved to cook. My stuff stayed in boxes. House was stocked with everything we needed. High end utensils & pots. Extra bonus…..Amanda is a realtor. And helped us find our perfect retirement home! I absolutely recommend this property & host!!!

We were in town for the weekend for the Carolina Dogwood Festival. We walked in to a Fabulous home! Very clean and Beautifully decorated! Really great place. Clearly recently renovated and very clean. We were comfortable the whole time. Only downside is that you can hear people walking in the other Airbnb above you, but I knew that was going to happen.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We loved staying at Andy’s and Courtney’s place! The house was very clean and had everything one would need for a getaway! The hosts were very responsive and friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Micah’s place was just short of perfect. It felt very private even though there are two other apartments below. The inside of the apartment was absolutely spotless and it felt very comfy as well. It pretty much had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
