this was a great stay. the accommodations were absolutely perfect. very clean unit with everything you need to cook, clean and get by for however long you need to stay. the amenities around the apartment complex are over the top. there are barbecue grills gazebos the weight room is got everything you need. the pool is incredibly nice. the security on site is great as well. your kids can't wander into the pool without their parental supervision. what a great stay. I would highly recommend it for anyone in the Mooresville or Charlotte area

5 star all around. The host is an amazing communicator and wants you to have a great experience. Clean, comfy and modern. Everything exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend to couples, families and solid travelers. Everything is brand new and works efficiently. Easy check in. Beautiful gym. Washer and dryer in unit - so clutch when you travel. Close to shops and restaurants. The development is a little hard to find - use Google maps, not Apple, or use the coordinates they give you. It’s so new the maps are not updated with Apple. Just can’t say enough good stuff about the rental. I have been a host and have stayed many places and this one is top notch. 5/5 no question.

This place is gorgeous! Just like the pictures, but better. I love the trendy decor and the cleanliness was top notch. So much to do 2 min away. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very new and clean! Communication with the hosts was very good. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. This is a very quiet area and there is no smoking anywhere in the complex. It was a good value for the nightly rate.

We felt at home the minute we walked in. It is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The furniture is nice, not left over from a decade ago like some places. The house is super clean, neat and beautifully located. The dock and ramp are very nice. Just one word, the dock is not floating so it is a little awkward to get into the boat for older people. However, they have a really nice ladder with full steps (not ladder rungs, actual steps) to get down to the boat. My mother, who would not be happy if I post her age......was able to safely and slowly get down the ladder and into the boat. Several restaurants and fuel are located a short boat ride away. The dock is in a cove and we had so much fun on the paddle boards and kayaks they provide. I can't recommend this place enough, it is really nice. You won't be disappointed, we weren't and we are pretty picky. Thanks to the host for the cleanliness, the flowers, goodies and for letting us stay in this incredible home.

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

One of the best Thanksgivings our family has experienced. Something for everyone to enjoy …whether it’s the serene lake, endless games, equipment and activities or simply sitting on the spacious balcony. Kids of all ages, adults and puppy all had a blast….never feeling crowded. Will most definitely be booking again to enjoy this same AirBNB.

Nice lake house. Comfortable spaces. The living room was spacious but only 1 table lamp to light the space after dark. This house is not one to pick for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

The house and location are fabulous! We enjoyed the view, the boat dock, the outdoor porch, the screened-in porch, the deck, and the game rooms were super! We brought paper towels, coffee, and TP; only to find that a good supply was already provided, which was a great bonus. Tessa, was great at communicating, and super quick at responding to any queries.

Booked this place for a long week to celebrate a bride-to-be! We had 14 girls & it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The house is stunning, tons of room, very clean & well stocked with the essentials. The hot tub was great, the bonfire with wood provided was awesome & having our own dock was perfect for a boat day. The yard is ideal for playing games. It felt very private & is beautiful. The AvantStay team is amazing at communicating, very friendly & helpful. We asked for advice on restaurants nearby & they responded immediately when we had an issue with the sink. It was fixed first thing the next day. I hope to return in the future!!!

We always use AirBnB because its easier and safer for our 2 sons with autism. We've stayed at some wonderful properties through the years. This was by far the best and worth every penny. The location on the water is beautiful and well laid out. The house is clean and clutter free and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks. They even provided life jackets in various sizes. The complimentary snacks were great. Everyone enjoyed our mini vacation. Thank you we hope to visit again soon.

AMAZING!!!! I have stayed at plenty airbnbs i have seen good & bad. This is by far the BEST airbnb i have ever walked in! The views are amazing, everything with due processing is perfectly organized & customer service was amazing! 10/10 highly recommend & i most likely will be back!
