What a lovely place to stay in Rockport. Great location that’s super walkable to the shops, cafes, galleries and beaches of Rockport; I took the train and did not need a car during my visit. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. And a great little patio overlooking the harbor. Gigi was a very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and twin beds for the kids. Right across the street from the beach and a playground. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great time in Nahant and will definitely be coming back. B’n’B was very cozy and homey. We loved the porch and being able to use the grill, we used it both nights we stayed. The hot tub was also super easy to use and was perfect after a day of walking around Boston. Elyse also had bikes that we used to go for a trip around the island. It was a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Stayed with a friend in April and it was perfect for our needs. We had a comfy room each and pleasant living space and patio. Bathroom was small but it didn’t matter. Shops and cafes and harbor all very close walk away. There’s a good place on Tuna Wharf to hire ebikes and kayaks to get around, too. No need for a car really. We arrived on the train to Rockport - station is about 15 mins walk away and there’s a good grocery store next to the station.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

We stayed at Jenny and Thom’s for a family reunion weekend in Newton where the festivities were at my sister’s house who lived nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed . It is very cozy, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the back is so peaceful and we even saw a swan! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Directions for care of the home are very clear - and little details like labels for the lights were helpful. Jenny was always available if we had any issues but we had none. We would stay again!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how sparkling clean the house was – a huge plus for us. The location is truly special; the views of the pond and the surrounding wildlife were unmatched. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the birds and other animals right from the window. Bruce and Ki were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my mom, sister, and I had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and care made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene escape. My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

This is the second time my family has stayed at the Sea Vagabond and would stay there again. Had plenty of space for my family of five and perfect location to visit Rockport and Gloucester. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Perfect for a relaxing stay—can’t wait to come back!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

we had a wonderful time, everything was perfect. Diane's place was clean and we had everything we needed. The view was awesome and walking distance to everything.

We stayed Thursday night through Sunday 4-2-25 thru 4-6-25. Almost everything was in walking distance. We tried a new restaurant every night, eating mostly Italian. We weren't to far from Quincy Market, we had brunch almost every day and did shopping. It is right across the street from the wharf and we had a beautiful view from the living room. We went to go and see the Red Sox game for opening day. Couldn't have asked for better weather and a wonderful place to stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they game us great recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely be going back again, rating was 5 stars! Anne Duran

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.
