Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Fabien was an extremely kind and helpful host! This place was very spacious and comfortable. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet even though the streets were busy. It was also very convenient to take trains to Monaco and Italy as the station was just a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.

We stayed at Benoit’s flat while staying in Nice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It surpassed our expectations in every way! It was just as spacious, clean, and nice as the pictures portrayed. We loved the three balconies with a view from the top floor and it gave us a great vantage point to enjoy watching the bustling daily life in the city. The kitchen had everything we needed, the shower and bathroom were great, and the furniture was comfortable. We also loved opening the doors to the balcony and enjoying the cool weather throughout the day. And having a washing machine and drying lines was a huge bonus! Benoit was very nice when he met us to give us keys and show us around the place, and he gave us some suggestions on things to do while we were in Nice. It’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and an 8 minute walk to the Nice-Ville train station. Most days, we walked to old town, which only took 15-20 minutes. We would highly recommend this

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

Die Unterkunft war vom Flughafen aus gut erreichbar und dank der freundlichen Tipps der Gastgeberin war die Uber super, da wir am Feiertag gelandet sind und die Straßenbahnen an dem Tag leider nicht gefahren sind. Die Unterkunft war super. Ein Lidl direkt gegenüber und die Apotheke unter einem. Die zwei wichtigsten Sachen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Räumlichkeiten waren perfekt, da wir als Familie gereist sind. Wenn wir wieder nach Nizza kommen ist es die erste Wahl. Danke für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft. 😻

Appartement très bien situé près de la gare et du centre ville. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Appartement petit mais très bien agencé avec du mobilier neuf et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Je recommande cette location pour ceux qui veulent visiter à pied le centre ville et le vieux nice.

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location - close to the tram stop and the Nice-Riquier train station. Nearby, there is a shop and several bakeries. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only thing to note is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours coming and going. However, it did not bother us. The apartment's windows face the courtyard, with no street noise. The hosts, Corine & Priscilla, responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Raja est une hôte agréable et réactive, que l’on a apprécié rencontrer ! Ça fait plus d’an que je prend souvent des Airbnb et c’était de loin l’hôte la plus accueillante que j’ai pu croisé. De plus le logement est propre, fidèle à la description et très bien situé. Nous avons été accueilli par son fils qui est, tout comme sa mère, un garçon au top !

We loved our stay at Martha's apartment in Nice. Martha is a great host. She's very friendly and has a wealth of information about Nice. Her apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The terrace is incredibly large and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is located a few steps away from the Promenade des Anglais in the Carré d'Or. All of Nice is within walking distance. We look forward to returning one day.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

La struttura è un residence con tutti i confort, il mare è raggiungibile a piedi da un sentiero piuttosto impegnativo, per comodità abbiamo sempre usato la macchina considerando che in bassa stagione si trova agevolmente parcheggio sul lungomare.

Quel plaisir d'être reçus par Pascal et Valérie qui vous accueillent à bras ouverts avec une excellente confiture maison! La maison est très agréable, le jardin aussi avec le terrain de pétanque, le bruit de fond passe après cette vue à couper le souffle.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. Helena was a great host and the house was a perfect setting for our week end with beautiful views and outside the busy-ness of Nice. Helena was also flexible with check in and check out making our stay easier! Would definitely recommend

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!
