Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Cet appartement air bnb est au top👍, bien équipé , très propre , spatieux, bien agencé, bien eclairé, la salle de bain est niquel, ma femme a adoré l'appartement car il y a des miroirs , dans la salle de bain et dans le salon et c'est pratique pour qu'elle se maquille. Il y a un balcon pour se poser tranquillement ou manger. La cuisine est très bien équipée . C'est l'un des meilleurs appartement air bnb où on a pu séjourné. L'hôte Thierry est au top, sympathique,super accueillant, souriant,il se rend bien disponible en cas de questions, et nous a fait la visite de l'appartement en détail. Je recommande vivement cet appartement 👍👍

A lovely , comfortable place in old town ! The location was perfect ….lots of cafes , restaurants,bakeries, groceries and beaches close by. Thank you Michelle and Gary

Wonderful stay. On arrival slight issue came up but once we contacted Tracey the issue was resolved with quick and efficient commutation. Arrival gifts were greatly appreciated & the apartment was nice & clean. Very comfy bed - and lots of small touches well thought out. Location really good. 10min walk from the train station which took us to the airport and all the other amazing stops along the way! Aparment is up a hill we managed fine with a pram as well, we love to walk so no issues. Quick walk down the hill across the road takes you easily to a nice bakery, coffee, fruit & veg shop and beach front with a glorious walk into the old town. On the other side just a 15min walk to juan le pins. Late check on this occasion was able to be met and appreciated. We traveled with our 15month old and found it overall easy to find & ample room for the 3 of us. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Très bon séjour à Nice dans cet appartement. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et sa localisation idéale pour découvrir Nice. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nicolas a été très disponible et flexible. Je recommande cet appartement.

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole e pulitissimo. L’arredamento è moderno e molto curato. E’ esattamente come illustrato nelle foto. La posizione è davvero comoda: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare, e il percorso è interamente pianeggiante. Per caricare e scaricare l’auto siamo saliti sul marciapiede di fronte all’ingresso, senza comunque creare intralcio alla circolazione, peraltro non particolarmente intensa in quel tratto di strada. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio (gratuito) a due passi. In alta stagione immagino si debba optare per il parcheggio al campo sportivo, comunque poco distante. La mancanza dell’ascensore non si avverte perché le 3 rampe di scale hanno pochi gradini. Silvia è stata molto disponibile e reperibile sia in fase di check-in che di check-out. Esperienza positivissima! La disponibilità di un microonde sarebbe stata la classica ciliegina sulla torta :) Ma 5 stelle davvero pienamente meritate.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Très bel appartement. Il est très bien pour 8 personnes : spacieux et bien équipé ! De plus l’emplacement est incroyable pour découvrir le vieux Nice mais également les villages alentours grâce aux TER. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation mais cela est dû à son emplacement central. Nous recommandons vivement !

Our fourth stay at Elyane's fantastic apartment, which suggests how good it is. As ever, the balcony over looking Rue de France is delightful suntrap and a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening drink accompanied by some people-watching! The little touches are always appreciated: deck chairs, beach mat, the bottle of chilled rose, and some mini Easter eggs. Thanks Elyane!

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Joli logement correspondant à l’annonce. Jean Marc est très gentil et nous a bien accueillis, petite boisson en arrivant. Jacuzzi magnifique a l’abri des regards, peignoirs fournis, terrasses avec transat sur pelouse. Je recommande vivement. Vous serez bien reçus et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment honnête.

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Alloggio molto curato, pulito e con cucina ben attrezzata. Host molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Zona comoda per muoversi a piedi: a 5 dalla zona locali e spiaggia di Juan les pins, a 5 min dalla stazione comoda per raggiungere Nizza, Cannes e dintorni, a 20 min da Antibes. Garage compreso per nulla scontato in zona. Molto consigliato!
