Kate's house in Gloucester is an ideal place to experience one of the best beaches on the North Shore. Kate's home accommodated the eight of us very comfortably; the proximity to the beach was second to none and Kate and Michelle's response to a couple of minor issues we had was expeditious and friendly. There aren't enough superlatives I could use to recommend Kate's place.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! Views were awesome from the top balcony! We wished the bushes and shrubs had been trimmed a little to have a better view from the main level but it was still a nice view from the one area there. House was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are not tvs in the two spare rooms which would have been good after dinner for our teenagers while winding down after family time. The host is wonderful and communicated great. Overall we had a great family vacation and a good time. The house is nice. Would recommend!

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

Alex’s place was wonderful and a perfect location for someone who wants to travel Boston on foot. Very close to the T which made getting around really easy. Alex was also a very flexible, responsive, and kind host for our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

We loved our stay at Dogtown cabin. The cabin is in the middle of the woods and is also close to everything. Azure and Darwin are excellent hosts. Thank you Eric and Julie for sharing your home!

We just a wonderful few days in Boston for the marathon. Maude was the perfect host… we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out and were so grateful for the provisions left for us, particularly as we arrived late! The location is perfect, it meant that we could explore everywhere in the City on foot. The neighbourhood is particularly great for restaurants and when the sun came out and the temperature rose, the vibe was fabulous. As a previous review mentioned, if you’re looking for a pristine, freshly painted apartment then it’s not for you, but if you like ‘quirky’ and a house with bags of character, (I especially loved the art), then I’d highly recommend.

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

Lovely home in a beautiful, peaceful location! My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The house is tucked away on a quiet dead-end road that leads directly to Acton Conservation land, where I took a peaceful afternoon walk.

Great location. We only needed to stay one day for a graduation, and for the price compared to hotels around this time, this was the more affordable route. Clear communication before and during the stay. Very responsive host.

We spent 3 nights at Elizabeth’s place. We were 5 adults and had enough space for us all! The house is well located, easy to go to the center of Boston to visit. Beds are confortable and neighborhood really calm. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

Lovely cottage surrounded by countryside: there were ducks, wild turkeys, chipmunks and blue jays in the garden. 5 mins drive from the lovely town of Dedham and 30 mins into central Boston. Cottage is small but beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Mark was super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We absolutely loved our experience at Frank’s Winthrop basement apartment! Exceptionally good value for the beautiful area, comfy beds & a very easy to use TV for the rainy nights :) The one thing that would have really improved this place for me personally is enhanced privacy. I would have loved to have our basement apartment door lock from the outside. I didn’t feel unsafe by any means because our entrance was locked and had a keypad we shared with the hosts but would have loved to be able to lock the apartment up while we were exploring MA. A separate entrance for guests would have been awesome too but I recognize that is a tough ask renovation wise. My husband was not bothered by it at all but once I mentioned it, he agreed.
