Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

My friends and I went for a weekend trip and had such a great time. Steve responded quickly to messages and made it clear that if we had any questions, to reach out at any time. Such a great place!

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the couch was great too!! It was so nice to have a fenced in backyard for our dog! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area! It’s close to downtown Portsmouth, which is so cute! Chris was super communicative and helpful!

Rhona’s place was in a great location with places nearby and not too far from all of the places we wanted to go. Her home was as described in the pictures and description. For two people it was fairly comfortable, but we weren’t able to get very comfortable in the living room as furniture was too small for us to hang out. There was also no outlet in one of the bedroom, but we were able to find an extension cord that reached the other bedroom. Besides that, the place was great for us to come and go. The owner made our reservation special by providing a gift for my friend’a birthday and breakfast which was very thoughtful!

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This was my 2nd visit with Elizabeth and every effort will be made to make it my go-to place to stay while in the Hampton, NH area. Everything is 1st class, super clean and easy to travel about along the NH seacoast. Even got in some pickleball matches at the walking distance park! Highly recemmend choosing Elizabeth's place for all your seacoast visits.

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

We arrived to find an issue but we reached out to Sheri and she responded immediately and took care of it. We were extremely pleased with her customer service. We were in the area for a concert. Location was fabulous - 6 miles from the concert venue parking lot. Condo had everything we needed. Got a great night’s sleep. The view is amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it if you are heading to a concert at BNH Pavilion.

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We were pleasantly surprised by Will’s condo on Badger Island. The location was perfect with great views. There were two parking spots and easy access to all our weekend activities. The condo was simple but provided everything we needed for the weekend, including a night in for dinner. Will was very responsive. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and was flexible with check in times. We will DEFINTELY be back!
