It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Amazing place, beautiful nestled in Rye. Peaceful and quiet. Kristina was very accomodating, the house was beautiful and homely. Highly recommended!

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

This property is absolutely stunning! I have already linked it to all my family members and I think this place may be a family tradition soon! It’s so spacious, so many nice details and great for families! Will definitely be back again.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Mister Finks was the epitome of beach-side relaxation. It's chic is accurately designed to reflect its surroundings. It's level of comfort was great as well, it made us feel at home, but had the charm to remind us we were away from home and to enjoy the time to relax! The place brings together the right qualities that make a great Airbnb. The pool table, though larger than Ive seen before, was a great distraction for those in between moments, and is a great addition to the house. Close to the hot springs, and all of what the peninsula has to offer - I'd happily recommend Mister Finks to anyone wanting to spend a weekend, or longer away on the Peninsula to refresh and relax. Luxurious stay with my wife at sunset views. The sunsets are stunning! The place is pretty much new and is very spacious but lovely and cosy at the same time. Everything was spotless. Lovely, very comfortable king bed with beautiful linen. Towels were big and soft. High quality TV and sound. Everything you want for a great fews days away. Jeanette was a fantastic host and even allowed us early check in and extra late check-out. Thanks so much 😊

Great stay at Isadoras place, close to everything and had plenty of space for us relax. Enjoyed breakfast on the deck and the closeness to everything.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
