During the winter months, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy ambiance of our living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV, a record player and board games.

The house is very new (completed Dec 2023) and located about 2 hours from NYC, close to many local attractions, like hiking trails, skiing and water sports. 20 mins from Minnewaska State park 35 mins from Legoland Goshen 20 mins from Resorts World Catskills casino 5 Mins from North East Off Road Adventures

Private ground level Studio Available.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking and overnight street parking is allowed until October 15, 2026. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
