High Rock Lake: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

We stayed at Carson’s lake home for the last two months while we were transitioning to a new home.. His house was the perfect size for me, my husband and our two fur babies. The house had everything we needed for our longer stay - the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the daybed in the sunroom was a favorite reading spot of mine too. The views of the lake are so serene and beautiful and the fishing from the dock was great! The doggos loved running and playing in the yard too. Carson was a great host and was always available for anything we needed. Janice, the property manager, was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend “No Obligations” to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway to High Rock Lake. Thank you Carson!

Laura and Dan were available to talk to when we had a little difficulty signing on to the wifi. They assisted immediately and got us up and running. The place was nice and conveniently located between Asheboro and Sea Grove, both of which were the purpose of our visit. I would highly recommend this place to my potter friends who want to visit Sea Grove.

Clean and beautiful home with cozy furniture. Great location, super close to downtown and the music district. Neighborhood was cute with lots of mature trees. Our 5 human 2 dog group fit perfectly and were comfortable. Fenced-in yard was appreciated by the dogs and we loved the back porch. There was some road noise outside, pretty much unavoidable in this area, couldn't really notice it inside. Thank you for the 10/10 experience, would stay again!

Great place, super convenient to the rail line for getting into downtown. We went for a concert and it worked out so perfectly. I’ll stay again for sure

This is our second stay at one of Chris' properties. The house was furnished beyond any reasonable expectations. Plenty of dishes, homey decorations, even accommodations for an infant. It is a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Chris does a nice job.

Beds were comfortable and my family really enjoyed their stay

Michael and Lima were both great hosts. Their house is on a quiet street and within walking distance of just about everything you could need in uptown. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our trip. My brother and I visited our family in Kannapolis, and we loved it. Very clean and comfortable, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could each have our own space. So many great things within walking distance, we love that downtown! Highly recommended!

We loved the Treehouse! It was in such a great neighborhood where we were able to just walk whereever we needed to go to. Quiet and beautiful place. Udo has such a beautiful garden. The treehouse itself was really clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and check in. Udo was a great communicator and was even kind enough to call us when we had already checked out as we had forgotten a jacket. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area

Micah’s place was just short of perfect. It felt very private even though there are two other apartments below. The inside of the apartment was absolutely spotless and it felt very comfy as well. It pretty much had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Highpoint University. It was perfect. It is a historic location so many things are antiquated but in perfect working order. The beds and linens were super comfortable.
