Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire, we can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. If you want to get away from it all this Single room cabin is located in a remote mid Wales. This working, carbon negative farm has Outstanding views all round with lots of footpaths and offas dyke or just sit back and enjoy the sound of nature. With the church of St Marys and the battle site of 1402 and a the remains of a Saxon castle all at the bottom of hill at Pilleth. The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow and the Elan Valley 20 miles. Everyday is nice 😊

Whether you want to trot into town, jump into the River Wye or canter to the nearest pub, we're sure we'll have something you love. Located within 500 acres of our Herefordshire family farm with plenty of walks & plenty of pubs. For those that want to delve a little further, The Malverns, Forest of Dean & South Wales are a stones throw away.

The Stables

Converted Stables located in a cobbled courtyard of a country house in the heart of Herefordshire. The Stables has its own garden surrounded by 240 acres of beautiful farmland, vineyard and woodland. Nearby attractions include- Bodenham Lakes nature reserve. The historic city of Hereford with its Cathedral containing the Mundi and Chained Library. Hay on Wye literary Festival. Hereford & Cheltenham races and Ludlow food festival. Beautiful walk including Hay Bluff and the Malvern Hills.

The Sitting Duck

Escape reality in our beautiful canal boat. The Sitting Duck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The boat is situated on a farm, surrounded by fields. Wake up to the ducks on the lake, horses in the field, even the emus come to say hello. Just 4miles out of ludlow and 3miles from Tenbury wells. The hot tub is private for boat guests only. Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in!
