The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. Smještena je na južnoj strani, u jednoj od živopisnijih, a opet i izrazito mirnoj četvrti Motovuna, na adresi Rialto 11, u kojoj nema prometa.
