The annexe is made up of two double ensuite bedrooms, an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area - all recently refurbished in a modern, unique style with an artistic twist. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities you need to enjoy a perfect weekend away.

The Meadow Snug

Trade the sounds of the city for the sounds of life on the farm. Our tiny cabin has all you need to get away for a few days in nature to recharge those batteries. Enjoy a comfortable seat on the covered porch as you relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or take a wander along some of the many public footpaths right from the cabin door. In the evening you can take a short walk through the field to our fire pit area to watch the sunset from beneath the huge oak tree. Guests can pitch a tent.

This self contained accommodation is part of our farmhouse with its own entrance, it is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a comfortable, beautifully appointed and private base to explore the local area, visit family at Harper Adams University or The Lilleshall Sports Academy. We are conveniently placed for many local attractions, close to Shrewsbury and Staffordshire border.

Jemima’s cottage, cosy and comfortable!

Cosy cottage adjacent to the owners listed property, situated in a small hamlet.Jemima’s has views of the surrounding countryside and a small private garden with garden furniture ,ample parking and WiFi.There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms the main bedroom also has shower and wc . There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Shrewsbury is a 20 mins drive away . There isn’t a washing machine in the cottage but guests are welcome to use ours if they need to.

The property is a renovated clockmaker's cottage with plenty of original features. It is set in a rural location, situated amongst dairy farms. Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. Betton Cottage is a spacious first floor apartment in the grounds of Betton House, a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. Breakfast is provided. The beds in the 2 bedrooms can be either formed as super kings or twin beds providing flexibility sleeping arrangements for couples or a group of friends. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.

The Stable

The Stable is a self-contained annexe to our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. Located on a private road in a conservation area just a few miles outside the historic town of Shrewsbury. Private entrance & free private parking. You will be surrounded by numerous walking routes and National Cycle Routes, The Shropshire Hills, AONB. The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Close to local wedding venues

The Cabin, the perfect retreat

The Cabin is furnished to a high standard with open plan lounge with kitchenette which has log fire, lounge sofa and breakfast bar. Kitchenette includes small hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. Double bed with luxury Simba mattress and ensuite with power shower. Large TV in lounge area. Private decking area and sheltered area with small BBQ & Pizza Oven
