Guests have exclusive use of screen porch, fire pit, bbq and outdoor seating area. Jess is a private chef and yoga instructor, so be sure to inquire for services! This is a private stay, the only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. There is a barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You also have your own screened in porch. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.
