Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten im Osten des Hauses. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.
