A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. It's on the second floor of a period property situated just a few minutes walk from the numerous town centre amenities, the pier and of course the beach! We love the apartment for its central location, high ceilings and comfy yet stylish decor. There is room to sleep up to 6 guests and the apartment is ideal for a seaside mini break for both friends and families.
