The house garden has a hot tub and the 2nd garden has direct access to the coastal path and the beach

Perry cottage is situated in a perfect spot for walking, biking and bird watching. Surrounded by the fantastic views of the South Downs with the sight of the Arundel town and its castle, is the perfect place where to relax and enjoy the countryside. You will be only 30 minutes away from the vibrant towns of Brighton on the east side and 20 min from Chichester on the west. You will find local pubs nearby and attractions like The Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse, known for their festivals.

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.

Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.

Laid-back seaside cottage

We want to give our guests the opportunity to experience Littlehampton and the amazing and beautiful areas around it. The beach is only a few steps away, with a huge green space along most of the prom, and all the best attractions are within a couple of minutes walk. We recently fully renovated the whole property, using upcycled and recycled materials wherever possible. We're really excited for guests to see it! It's the perfect holiday hub; comfortable, convenient and full of character.

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.
