A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

My family and I felt right at home the instant we walked in the door. The house holds a warm and comfortable setting and is an easy stroll to the local shops and cafes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Metung.

The house was as described- clean, neat, comfortable for a family, and well equipped with all the necessities. We had an amazing time, and Dd is such a great host.

Lovely house. Felt like home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful area and private. The bed was extremely comfy and the hot tub was the perfect addition to a quiet weekend away. Communication on check-in was great, very clear and easy to understand. Have already recommended to F&F.

Tracy and Pete were wonderful hosts - truly lovely people. The cottage was cosy, well-kept and a great place to stay, with the peace and quiet that come with being just a little outside the town centre. The views from the cottage were lovely, the grounds well-kept (including chestnut trees!) and the pool and hot tub were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The property is so serene and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Matched with its proximity to Wilsons Promontory, I cannot recommend it enough.

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. It has everything you needed and more for a long weekend. Definitely the highlight was the jacuzzi and the spacious living and dining room.
