Giovinazzo: aluguel por temporada que aceita fumantes

Michele è un ragazzo splendido, sempre disponibile e preciso , l’alloggio si trova in un punto abbastanza strategico, in 10 minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale e tutti i bus , 20 minuti a piedi da Bari vecchia e da qualsiasi altra zona , è stato come stare a casa , tutto molto pulito e soprattutto materassi perfetti ( cosa non sempre scontata ) Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Logement fonctionnel, proche du centre dans un quartier avec beaucoup de commerces. Tres propre et tres bonne literie. Un peu sombre et bruyant cependant . Parfait pour un court sejour. La cuisine manquait un peu d’equipements.

L’appartamento di Emanuella è top! La location, comodità, completo… sta stra ben posizionato per andare a piedi ovunque, sia per farsi un giro in Bari Vecchia che il resto di Bari, che per andare in stazione. L’appartamento poi era completo, non ho sentito la mancanza di niente, ed era ben pulito e organizzato. È una buona scelta insomma. Emanuella è sempre stata molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o bisogno, ed è stata molto gentile. Da tenere in conto che l’appartamento è diviso in due piani, quindi bisogna organizzarsi.

This was a super place to stay and matched the pictures and description. It was very clean, located in the city center, and close to everything. Best of all, the host was communicative and responded quickly to messages! We would definitely recommend this AirBnB for your stay in Terlizzi!

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).

Marlene’s place is simply wonderful. We loved the location. The neighborhood is terrific… close to restaurants, the old town, and the sea. Marlene is a marvelous human being and we will certainly come back, Thank you, Marlene, for being such a magnificent host!

The house was super cute and wonderful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived he brought as to the grocery store without us having to ask. He also brought us to the train station. He was always kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Great stay.

Alloggio in posizione storica,estremamente pulito,molto confortevole e dotato di un balcone suggestivo sulla cittadina, con vista mare.Maria con gentilezza ci ha aiutati dandoci messaggi e consigli per varie necessità (es.parcheggio).Speriamo soltanto di porterci tornare!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

“Terra a Cielo” was a great place, a real home away. It became our refuge as we both became sick and the terrace became our saviour from which we could enjoy Bari’s harbour and a bit of sun. The stairs keep you fit :) and the kitchen had everything you need- we cooked every night (Senza glutine proofed difficult) ! There were a few herbs, spices oil and vinegar, and we left some things as well. Bed was comfortable and everything was more spacey than it looked on the pictures. There is a little bar around the corner- 50m max with fabulous local wine and food which we enjoyed. Great spot - and we can highly recommend it!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce trullo. L’environnement est paisible, parfait pour se détendre entre les différentes excursions dans les alentours. Francesca nous a accueilli de façon sympathique et a toujours été réactive. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé dormir dans leur chambre « grotte » :)

Departamento muy acogedor, limpio, y muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Playa, y del centro. Tiene una buena terraza.

J’ai passé un merveilleux moment dans l’appartement de Sandra. Le jardin est splendide, j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps pour en profiter pleinement. L’appartement est très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut, même un immense parking privatif ! Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent s’éloigner un peu de Bari et trouver de la tranquillité.

Accoglienza stupenda, gentilezza e disponibilità. L'appartamento è molto bello, più di quanto appare nelle foto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo veramente!

An Oasis in the heart of Conversano near the old town and restaurants/cafes. Property a gem, aircon, our own BBQ in a private courtyard (we had a unit at the back), gas stove, good appliances, plenty of crockery & cutlery. Federica looked after us (Giuseppe's daughter), she was a fantastic, provided new towels after 3 nights, extra coffee and always on hand. Free pool towels. Beds comfy, bathrooms with all amenities and a decent size. Plenty of well priced supermarkets available, Discover the artisan gelateria in the old town, the owner is in his 70's + and done it all his life. Yummy. The pool, ah look at the photos, even spa beds built in each side. Gardens beautiful. Oh and peaceful, no noise. Why Conversano? Not a tourist town but central to all the well known locations of Puglia by car. We were two older couples and stayed for 6 nights, would we come back, definitely. Thank you Federica.

Schöne Wohnung mit einem schönen Balkon. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Micheles Wohnung. Trani ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi nuovi appartamenti e possiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono moderni e molto curati, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata che offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, che erano liberamente utilizzabili. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, un aspetto che ci ha colpito positivamente fin da subito. La terrazza e il giardino anteriore sono davvero incantevoli, decorati con cura e gusto, un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il parcheggio, il che è stato molto comodo, e la posizione è super centrale. A pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marta ed Enzo, che sono stati incredibilmente amichevoli e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

Marias und Donaldos Apartment ist ein schönes Zuhause auf Zeit in einer guten Wohngegend. Ein hoher freundlicher Raum. Kleiner, aber feiner Balkon mit gut gepflegten Pflanzen. Die Wohnung hat eine warme Ausstrahlung. Auch das Haus insgesamt mit Eingangshalle und Treppenhaus ist schön.

We had a great stay at Graziana’s place - perfect for a quick trip to Bari! Right next to the train station and bus stop, making our day trip to Matera and check in / out super convenient! 20 min walking distance to Bari vecchia. The place was super clean and had so many wonderful touches from the host, including a digital camera that we were able to take around on our travels and receive a link with all our photos afterwards! The balcony overlooking the park (and the park’s cat colony!) was lovely as well. Definitely recommend.

Gabriella’s place was wonderful, very welcoming, clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy and bathroom very clean. The air con worked well which was very much needed and Gabriella was one of the most communicative hosts I have had. She was very pro active and friendly from the beginning and gave clear check in/out instructions, sent us recommendations and was very responsive. Only con is it was about a 20 min walk from the centre of Bari which was quite intense in the heat. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
