When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking is at your disposal. There is a community pool, and a private outdoor patio to enjoy with family and friends. Large inviting studio apartment with a private entrance in a home set on 5 acres. The guest studio has lots of natural light and views onto the property. Studio includes queen-size bed, sitting area and private bathroom. Coffee and hot tea are included, as well as a small frig, coffee maker, and microwave. Guests will also have access to a large screened-in porch (a common area with owners), perfect for drinking your coffee while listening to the birds, or reading a good book.

Come enjoy a perfect vacation at my personally managed, stylish, comfortable condo that is fully stocked with all you will need for cooking meals at home, beach gear, games for kids and more! Close to beaches and all the popular restaurants and attractions! I strive to think of and anticipate all you will need to have a truly memorable, enjoyable stay! Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
