It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).

The pool is closed, will reopen Early April. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used upon request for a fee.

The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
